Gastronomic excellence with the Chamber of Commerce

Masters of taste

Bring local productive excellence together with a wide audience of journalists and bloggers. Presenting projects to enhance the local food and wine heritage through dedicated initiatives and product tastings. With these objectives the Chamber of Commerce of Turin participates as a protagonist in the Festival of Food Journalism.

During the work at the National Library, Paolo Vittone, food safety manager of the chemical laboratory of the Chamber of Commerce, will be among the panel's speakers Nutrients, allergens, origin and even the social footprint. There is a rich program of side events organized by the Chamber of Commerce, which foresees the evening of Friday 24 February, at Palazzo Birago, the presentation of some products made by the collaboration between the Masters of Taste of Turin. Also the Project Enoteca Diffusa, organized by the Association ViaBaretti in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce, will be among the educational 25 on Saturday, offering the best of the DOC and DOCG wines of the Province of Turin, through an itinerary of the trendiest places in the San Salvario district.
