Carlo Spinelli, the doctor Gourmeta "gastronomic superhero"

Milanese, 36 years, two children, Spinelli is a food expert, but he is not simply a blogger: a little chef, a little writer, he talks about food really everywhere: on the net, on ItaliaSquisita, under the pseudonym of Doctor Gourmeta, and in television broadcasts. As an author he published an autobiographical essay where he collected the most absurd foods in the world. Formica steaks and other gastronomic stories (Baldini & Castoldi) is the result of his trips to about forty countries. Where, it is undeniable, he never refused to taste even the strangest specialties. Due to its ability to move from one restaurant to another, finding the most curious stories and lesser-known foods, it considers itself a sort of "gastronomic superhero". Which tastes of everything but cannot prescind from an ingredient: theirony. The one he puts in his every review. Spinelli at the Festival deals with the theme of how to make correct and impartial information in a world populated by critics and bloggers.
