Roberto La Pira, from consumer protection to food alarms
Site manager Ilfattoalimentare.it, food technologist and journalist, Roberto La Pira has operated for twelve years in the Consumer Protection Committee, after having also directed the Altroconsumo magazine. In addition, he has written in several national newspapers, collaborated with the program Consumption & Consumption of Rainews24, and, up to 2008, he was a lecturer at the master of the Emilian headquarters of theUniversity of Gastronomic Sciences of Slow Food, in Colorno (Parma).
