They call it "Zorro", but - more pragmatically - it is the gastronomic critic of Corriere della Sera of Milan. And it is the terror of all the restaurateurs: those in high places and those who manage the taverns in the suburbs. And he is always ready to ignite the debate. So much so that he came up with the term "Fuffblogger", which does not need to be explained.
