It is undoubtedly one of the best known names in the world of food and wine criticism, yet his face does not know (almost) anyone. And perhaps his fame is due precisely to this. Valerio Massimo Visintin is the "masked critic". When he is interviewed and takes part in public debates, in fact, he "shows" himself with a black balaclava on his face and dark glasses. They call it "Zorro", but - more pragmatically - it is the gastronomic critic of Corriere della Sera of Milan. And it is the terror of all the restaurateurs: those in high places and those who manage the taverns in the suburbs. Because Visintin does not give votes, but judgments: and there is no problem in writing slating. On the world of food and wine criticism and on food blogs he has pretty clear ideas. And he is always ready to ignite the debate. So much so that he came up with the term "Fuffblogger", which does not need to be explained.
