In Turin the new II level University Master in Law of agri-food markets.
From the synergy between the University of Turin, the Department of Law, the Turin Public Prosecutor's Office and the "City of Turin" local health authority, the first
edition of the II level University Master in Agri-food Market Law (director prof. lawyer Roberto Cavallo Perin).
The Master offers advanced teaching for the training of legal experts in the sectors of food safety, the marketing and distribution of food and beverages and agricultural law, through practical-theoretical lessons held by highly qualified experts.
Thus was born a high-level training and multidisciplinary project, divided into didactic modules, and with focuses dedicated to the individual food chains (wine, dairy, olive-oil, meat and rice), in response to a widespread demand for legal specialization coming from legal consultants, professional operators, inspectors, certifiers, public officials in the agri-food sector.
Food trade, e-commerce, supply chain, labeling, advertising, international food market, international distribution contracts, Made in Italy protection, designations of origin and quality indications, industrial property, product liability, crisis management, agricultural policy municipality, competition law, state aid, food safety, certifications, hygiene package, traceability, food architecture, GMOs, organic farming, export and customs law, agricultural contracts, agricultural producer organizations, agricultural enterprise, start-ups for the agri-food sector, are just some of the topics under consideration.
Upon request, the attendance of part of the didactic cycle in electronic mode may be allowed.
