Writer of books, storytelling of people related to food, chefs producers, farmers, restaurateurs ... all with the aim of going further.
In addition to the recipe, the photo, I want to dig into what's inside, the passion for a profession that feeds, and nourishes the soul, because behind the food there is body and spirit.
I collaborate with some magazines, both luxury (always Food & Wine) and food stories "behind bars", I have published three books on food stories, and now two other editorial projects are in the pipeline.
