Francesco Bruno Fadda

Roma

After university studies in law, not completed, always passionate about cooking, wine and TV as much as about creative writing and photography, since 1996, I started collaborating with numerous press offices, in the Italian and English territory, taking care on their behalf of the communication and relations with the sector press: tourism, gastronomy, wine, TV, motoring.
Since 2006, I have collaborated and collaborate regularly with some Italian newspapers (Repubblica, Vanity Fair, Espresso, James Magazine) mainly dealing with tourism, gastronomy and wine (since 1998 Sommelier, since 2009 Onaf cheese taster).
Passionate and lover of traditional Italian cuisine, scholar and researcher of agri-food excellence, I am a "perennial" food and wine tourist.
I collaborated and still collaborate as an author in the drafting of texts for TV and radio (Rai - La7). I gladly participate, reflex in hand, in almost all press trips organized by various foreign Tourism Boards (Morocco, Algeria, Belgium, France, Spain, Japan, Anguilla, etc.) or tourist enhancement bodies in the area (Sicily, Lombardy, Tuscany, South Tyrol, Sardinia, Puglia are the regions I visit most regularly). I wrote "101 Cheesecake to get to know New York" (Feltrinelli, 2003), Vite d '.. (A) mare - Stories of Wine and Travel Stories (in bookstores from July 2021 for Delfino Editore). At the moment I am busy writing the next book, provisional title - "Women of our time, between kitchen, vineyard and cellar", narrative / photographic portrait of 20 great Italian women who have changed the Italy of the table. I am the curator and national coordinator of the guide published by the Touring Club "Spirito Autoctono", a volume dedicated to the Italian distillation production.
