The Chemical Laboratory of the Chamber of Commerce at the Festival

The Turin Chamber of Commerce also participates in the Festival with the Chemical Laboratory which is one of the scientific partners of the Food Journalism Festival. It is a special company of the Turin Chamber of Commerce, non-profit, which represents the synthesis of the interests of economic categories and consumers, offering them an independent analysis, consultancy and training service. Its mission is to assist the Turin Chamber of Commerce and the other Piedmontese Chambers of Commerce, in carrying out their respective tasks of economic promotion, and to provide the local economic system with analysis, consultancy and training in a regime of independence and quality, without inspection tasks. or sanctions. Among its activities also consultancy and training, for activities of food education and enhancement of agri-food products, and institutional projects, carried out in collaboration with the Turin Chamber of Commerce, the chamber system, customers and research structures in the Piedmont area. .
