The Prever Hotel Institute of Pinerolo in service at the Festival

L'Istituto alberghiero Prever di Pinerolo in servizio al Festival

The over fifty students of the Arturo Prever Institute in Pinerolo will make a very important contribution to the success of the Festival, accompanied by the principal Roberta Martino and three teachers.

The boys, aged between 17 and 18 years, follow the course of hospitality. During the Festival they will take care of the reception at the Lingotto Congress Center, as well as guaranteeing their support during lunches.

Born in 1968 in Pinerolo, the Arturo Prever institute has grown a lot over the years, becoming a real point of reference for the whole territory and among the main Italian hotel establishments.

In addition to the hotel course, over the years the agricultural course was also born at the branch office in Osasco and for two years, at the headquarters in Pinerolo, the "culture and entertainment" course for future web operators, photographers and multimedia operators.

Currently between the two sites there are 1.200 students and 200 professors. The structure houses hotels and educational restaurants while at the Osasco headquarters a real farm was born that produces, among others, vegetables, honey, fruit, cheeses but also sparkling wine and wine.

After the pandemic period, which inevitably slowed down external activities, the Institute actively resumed its collaboration with major events in the area. Participation as protagonists in the Food Journalism Festival will therefore be another opportunity for young people to show their skills "in the field".
