With its almost 70 years of history, the company aims at a rigorous care of the production, at a coherent diversification of the product range, a careful and effective distribution. For this reason it takes care of every single detail of the productions, in every single phase, starting to follow the farms in the stable, aware that a good life of the animal is the indispensable prerequisite for the production of a good milk. Therefore, the "animal welfare" certification is important, which certifies the commitment to manage the quality and the environment in the best possible way in all company processes.

Centrale del Latte di Torino is the leader in Piedmont in the production and distribution of milk (fresh, long-lasting ESL and long shelf life), soy drinks, rice and oats, cream, butter, fresh and very fresh products such as IV range salads , yogurt and puddings, cheeses, eggs, sliced ​​cold cuts, fresh pasta and many others. The company is now part of the Centrale del Latte d'Italia SpA group - a company listed in the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange - which represents the third pole in fresh milk and Extended Shelf Life (ESL) in Italy for volumes sold with a consolidated turnover of about 180 million euros. Four production plants equipped with the most advanced technologies for the treatment, packaging and refrigerated storage of products in Turin, Florence, Rapallo (Genoa) and Vicenza, where a total of approximately 119 million liters of milk are processed per year. The Group now has around 415 employees and distributes its products through a widespread network of approximately 306 refrigerated vehicles that supply around 3.400 retail outlets in large-scale distribution and about 12.700 retail stores on a daily basis.
