Cibus, Inalpi awarded for its Raschera fondue

Cibus, Inalpi premiata per la sua fonduta di Raschera

Inalpi awarded for innovation. The company, sponsor of the Festival, received an acknowledgment from Formaggi & Consumi, a trade magazine of the Tepsi Mediagroup publishing group, and presented the “Awards for excellence” (tenth edition) assigned by Retail. The winners were selected by a qualified jury made up of the main buyers and sector journalists.

 

Inalpi and Gian Piero Vivalda received the prestigious award at Cibus Connect, Parma, for "Best product innovation - Le Creme" for the Fondue Inalpi created with Piedmontese Raschera DOP. A product wanted and born from the now historic collaboration between Inalpi and the star chef. A four-handed project to enhance Piedmontese PDOs, transforming them into a consumer product that spreads culture and tells the excellence of our territory.

The award was accepted by Gian Piero Vivalda, 2 Michelin star chef of Antica Corona Reale - Cervere (CN) and Matteo Torchio, Marketing and Communication manager of Inalpi SpA

Inalpi participated and presented the entire range of products, at Cibus Connect, which took place in Parma on 10 and 11 April 2019 days.

The Moretta company was present at the "Good Food Made in Piedmont" stand wanted by Confapi, which brought together the excellent producing partners of the Food sector, in a pleasant and bright common and shared exhibition space. Good public participation in the event which is always excellent

opportunity for meeting and relationship with national and international suppliers and customers.
