With Paola Maugeri at the Festival we talk about the vegan world

Con Paola Maugeri al Festival si parla del mondo vegano

The journalist and presenter, Paola Maugeri, will be among the guests at Festival of Food Journalism. It is expected at the Torino Incontra Congress Center at 17,10 on Friday 23 February to the panel "Can there be only conflict between omnivores and vegans?". Paola Maugeri, in addition to being an appreciated "voice" of Virgin Radio, is one of the most famous faces of Italian veganism. A stir caused a stir in the 2004, his invitation to the public of MTV Days to become vegetarians. But his "vegan commitment" has also materialized in some publications, including the recipe book Las Vegans, as well as in an in-depth study of natural and macrobiotic nutrition.

The debate at the Festival will involve its own journalists from the "veg" world and will have at its center the clash between vegans and omnivores. Is it really a war? And are the opposite sides really destined to fight each other with no holds barred? Questioning how to improve communication with those who have not chosen the vegetarian route is the first way to make peace break out. Starting from the experts.
The debate will be moderated by Sonia Giuliodori director of the magazine Funny Vegan, one of the most popular magazines in the Veg world and one of the most attentive to the way of communicating the vegan choice to the general public.
There will also be talks on this topic Federica Giordani director of Vegolosi e Grazia Cacciola from Dolce Vita, two other important references of vegan information.
From collaboration with Funny Vegan, which is a partner of the Festival for vegan themes, is also the 100% vegetarian show cooking on Saturday 24 February, reserved for accredited journalists and bloggers at the Festival, and held by the vegan chef Simone Salvini, one of the most famous professionals of vegan cuisine made even more famous by the TV parody by Maurizio Crozza.
