Here are the events off of the Festival

Ecco gli eventi off del Festival

On Thursday evenings 22 and Friday 23 February those who come to the Festival can also be accredited to the side events, which are moments of relaxation but also an opportunity to discover curiosities and news related to food in Turin.

 The events off the Festival are free entry but with a limited number. You must be accredited, subject to availability.

Palazzo Birago (Via Carlo Alberto 16) - "Aperitif with the Masters of Taste # digital"

The protagonist of the evening will be #MaestriDigital, a project of the Turin Chamber of Commerce aimed at 23 Excellent Masters both at school to learn the use of new media, and in the kitchen to work together and experiment with new taste proposals. The evening will also be an opportunity to present the projects of the Turin Chamber of Commerce in support of local food and wine, including the selection of TorinoDOC wines (www.torinodoc.com), offered in guided tastings in collaboration with Onav and Enoteca Regionale dei vini of the Province of Turin. Coop's Fiorfood (Galleria San Federico) - showcooking "The kitchen without waste in the tradition of Italian food".

A cooking lesson on waste in collaboration with Aici, Association of teachers of Italian cuisine, accompanied by music and animation proposed by radio programs Cocina Clandestina e Tasta the News of Radio Grp and by Danilo Poggio, Director of Grp TV.

M ** BUN (via Urbano Rattazzi 4) - "The Piedmontese enters the sandwich".

The original face of the famous Piedmontese meat that turns out to be a luxury ingredient for this original slow fast food at Km zero: from the sandwich with boiled meat and green sauce to the raw meat burger. All washed down by "Molecule”, The Italian cola, re-invented by the founders of M ** Bun inspired by a book of Piedmontese recipes of 1854.

Cookin 'Factory (Via G. Savonarola, 2m) - "Vietnam is served".

The artist of taste Claudia Fraschini and the staff of her multi-faceted Cookin 'Factory will accompany guests on a journey of taste to discover the flavors and recipes of Vietnamese culture, the Asian stage of the larger project Cookin'World Tour.

I enlighten you to Less (Barindo C.so Re Umberto 34) Itinerant evening dedicated to the day on energy saving, with Slow Food Torino and tasting of zero Km products.
