The Festival in Cagliari to talk about food news

But above all, what realities, products and paths of taste of the island are able to generate tourism?

This is the theme of "Sabores", for the cycle of AperiTurismo meetings at its 5 ° and last appointment of the year, the next November 8, from 16, in the Sala delle Mura of the cultural center "Il Ghetto", in via Santa Croce 18 in Cagliari.

 

Among the speakers of this meeting, some of the best masters of Sardinian cuisine, such as Stefano Deidda, owner and chef of the restaurant "Dal Corsaro" in Cagliari, Michelin star of the island restaurant, Luigi Bergeretto, chef and entrepreneur of the luxury resort, Petra Segreta resort of San Pantaleo, Maria Carta, head chef of the Hotel Faro Capo Spartivento and Leonardo Marongiu, director of the "Casa Puddu" haute cuisine academy and owner of the restaurant "Hub" of Macomer. The in-depth analysis of the issues related to the food for a correct Communication on social media and mass media, by Massimiliano Borgia, journalist and director of the Food Journalism Festival of Turin and on the online availability and e-commerce of Sardinian flagship food and wine products. In comparison, on this last topic, the ten-year experience of the Kara Sardegna site of the Geasar of Olbia, which will be told by the sales director Lucio Murru, and the recent project of the Unione Sarda SPA of Sardinia eCommerce, deepened by Lia Serreli , general manager of the group. The interventions' relay closes with a panel dedicated to the island's food and wine realities, including events, initiatives and routes, with particular attention to the most popular gourmet destinations of widespread hospitality, as in the example of the Dwelling of the Bee Eater of Santu Lussurgiu, explained by the owner and operating manager Lucilla Special, and to the theme of wine tourism in Sardinia, developed by Giulia Annis, hospitality manager of Cantine Argiolas.

The meeting will be moderated by Alessandra Guigoni, anthropologist and food blogger, Francesco Asquer, director of Consorzio Uno and Giulia Eremita, an expert in online tourism marketing.
