Food excellences will also be present at the village set up in the heart of Turin for the Nitto ATP Finals. Turismo Torino e Provincia, on behalf of the Turin Chamber of Commerce, the City of Turin and the Piedmont Region, coordinates the pavilion of the Institutions (edited by The Others) which, next to the pavilion dedicated to sponsors (edited by AWE), constitute the Nitto ATP Finals Fan Village set up in Piazza San Carlo.

The pavilion will be open every day (from 12 to 21 November) from 10 to 22. Among the events, there will be guided tastings, talks and presentations with VIPs and guests in the fields of design, sport, culture, music, food and wine by Grandi Screens, for a total of about 15 events a day - all free - with prestigious conductors and interviews with well-known personalities who will talk about their relationship with Turin. The Turin trade associations, the Piedmont Chambers of Commerce and numerous local institutions are also involved in the activities of the pavilion.

Crossing the threshold of the pavilion, a welcome desk will welcome visitors to give tourist information, book the many events, meetings, tastings and workshops that will alternate in the spaces (60 seats for presentations and talks, 20 seats for tastings) and book visits driven.

All events and visits will be bookable with the dedicated App N · SŌ, the official app of the "Torino So Much of Everything" Pavilion (soon to be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play). The events will also be streamed via the App.

During all the days of the event, there are three fixed moments of the day in which the selections of the Turin Chamber of Commerce will enter the scene, with the Maestri del Gusto of Turin and its province and the Torino DOC wines and the Torino Cheese cheeses.

Every morning at 10 am tea and chocolate for an all-Turin start to the day. The Masters of Taste Guido Castagna, Ziccat, La Perla di Torino, Candifrutto Bottega del Cioccolato, Ballesio Cioccolato, Davide Appendino, The Tea with the Bottega dei Bombi, Camellia tea time and Più di un Gelato will succeed each other.

At 13 pm every day toast with the wines of Turin DOC combined with special guided tastings.

Every evening at 19 pm the aperitif based on Vermouth di Torino is staged for the rediscovery of a traditional excellence that is now very fashionable among the most famous bartenders.

In the mornings, the meetings organized by the trade associations and the Chambers of Commerce of Turin and Piedmont will be concentrated with a selection of companies, producers and proposals ranging from salami to gastronomy to traditional sweets, without forgetting the in-depth analysis on specific supply chains such as textiles, rice, beekeeping, km0 productions and so on.

The launch of the Extra Vermouth project will be held on Friday 12 November at 19 pm - the time for Vermouth di Torino, aromas and flavors to taste. The initiative involves the involvement of some local citizens where you can sip the Vermouth di Torino, in purity or in cocktails, accompanied by 5 tastings of the Piedmontese tradition.

Torino Cheese, the selection of the best Turin dairy produced by the Turin Chamber of Commerce, will be at the center of a specific presentation on Tuesday 16 November at 12 noon.

Wednesday 17 November food and wine and the environment go hand in hand in the recipes of the Sustainability Cookbook, which also features 8 Masters of Taste. They will be represented by Agribiscotto, Birra San Michele and Tasta Macelleria con Cucina.

 

Wine rhymes with music, on the other hand, at 11 on Thursday 18 November, a day dedicated to the music & dance theme: on the stage the Turin wines will be interpreted from a musical point of view, a combination to tell the jazz character of our artistic and wine productions. The Turin wines of the Torino DOC wine selection, which has just ended, are the protagonists, with the indication of 165 wines from 44 companies in the area.

The Chamber Chemical Laboratory will be present in the Turin pavilion so much of everything with specific in-depth meetings: Sunday 14 November we will talk about gianduiotto and the ongoing path towards PGI recognition. On Sunday 21 there is still space for chocolate with the presentation of The Chocolate way initiative, the first international network that celebrates the culture, tradition and history of chocolate in Europe.

The Fan Village set up in Piazza San Carlo for the ATP Finals and the rich program of initiatives organized in its spaces - adds the mayor -, will be for the Turinese, and for those who visit our city in the days of the Finals, a place and an excellent opportunity to celebrate right in the name of Turin, its excellence, sport and great tennis ".

The creation of the village in the living room of Piazza San Carlo will be a tool to achieve the maximum involvement of the city for a truly widespread celebration ".

For non-food events, we start on Friday 12 with the theme of Turin with the opportunity to experience what it means to be Turin between tastings and meetings in the event space (under the direction of Cristina Chiabotto, at 15.00 pm "Se Turin was" with Elena Barolo, 16.00 "Stories of Turin" with Stefano Garzaro, 17.00 "TTT my Top Ten of Turin" with Marco Ponti, 18.00 "Nobody like us" with Luca Bianchini).

Sport will dominate the event space scene with Pierluigi Pardo in conversation with athletes and former athletes: Monday 15 November (15.00 Giuseppe Poeta, 16.00 Martina Rosucci, 17.00 Edoardo Molinari) and Tuesday 16 (15.00 Claudio Marchisio, 16.00 Alessandro Ossola, 17.00 Edoardo Molinari , 18.00 Alessandro Rosina).

On Saturday 13 November at 11 am the theme of design enters the scene, with the presentation of two concrete experiences of encounter between designers and artisans. Labcube Reale # Green, born from the collaboration between Confartigianato Turin, Turin Chamber of Commerce, FabLab Turin, Turn Design Community and the Reggia di Venaria, saw the creation of 10 objects on the subject of sustainability, landscape, green, currently on display at the Bookshop of the Royal Palace.

The Le Parole del Fare project, presented by FabLab Torino, instead aims to collect, document, elaborate and organize contents related to the culture of doing and knowing, with the aim of presenting craftsmanship from an innovative, capable point of view. to permeate the world of design with its values.

The increasingly topical theme of "sport for all" at the center of two meetings organized by the Turin Chamber of Commerce.

The Custom Regeneration project will be presented on Tuesday 16 November at 11 am. Thanks to a virtuous collaboration between design and companies, an unprecedented circular economy model is developed that strengthens social relationships and proposes a new product concept: manual, sports, electric wheelchairs and many other unused or abandoned products are recovered, regenerated and customized in in line with current fashion and design trends.

On Friday 19 November at 11 in collaboration with the Sport Innovation Hub Association, we will talk about sport and social inclusion. Technology evolves and becomes support for people with disabilities and non self-sufficient people: this reduces marginalization, upgrades sports sites and promotes inclusive activities and events.

With a view to presenting the area to visitors, Turismo Torino e Provincia, in collaboration with the Turin Chamber of Commerce, will offer guided tours from 13 to 21 November to discover Turin (in collaboration with the tourist guide trade associations) and some towns in the province in collaboration with the Gattinoni Group.

The Torino + Piemonte Card, the card for freely visiting the city, is also tinged with yellow.
