Inalpi to the Festival to help understand the world of milk

Also this year Inalpi will join the Festival of Food Journalism. A participation that confirms the willingness of the industry to pursue an experience that provides the opportunity to put the company philosophy first, which sees communication, confrontation and transparency as the only way to meet, inform and respect the final consumer. 

Inalpi will have a dedicated corner inside the Festival structure, where journalists and participants will be able to receive information and contacts, as well as having the opportunity to taste the products. At the disposal of the participants, in the shoppers distributed to the accredited, organic cheeses and a pack of powdered milk. The protagonists will also be Inalpi products in the preparation of lunches. 

The company will then be engaged during some meetings dedicated to specific topics within the Festival, as well as taking care of two important workshops. The first, dedicated to powdered milk, will have Matteo Torchio, Inalpi Marketing & Communication manager as speaker, and provides an introduction to the raw milk material and its processing. A tasting and comparison of the different types of milk follows: fresh, UHT and Inalpi milk powder. The second workshop is dedicated to Piedmontese butter and provides an introduction to the raw material butter and its processing (butter from centrifuge cream, butter for surfacing, butter from whey cream, salted butter). Following a tasting and as a tribute to all the participants of the workshop, the volume "Knowing and tasting butter" by Renzo Pellati. Those enrolled in the laboratory will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and taste two excellences of Inalpi production. 

The company is also involved in the organization of a Press tour entitled "Hands of Butter with Gian Piero Vivalda": a playful educational morning to discover the secrets of Gian Piero Vivalda's pastry and bakery, Antica Corona Reale restaurant in Cervere from 1815 - 2 Michelin stars, and the new Ateliereale bakery boutique at 4 hands with Inalpi. The experiential event will allow journalists to get to know the Piedmontese milk supply chain used in the company and to verify, live and in the kitchen, the extraordinary quality of the products derived from its processing.
