Milk, dairy products and cheese are delicate products, often the subject of journalistic cases capable of arousing alarm, as shown by the reports coming mainly from foreign countries. However, this type of food is victim of "do it yourself" information. Because false news and clichés are spreading more and more, especially through social media, disorienting consumers.

This will be discussed on Thursday 22 February starting with the 17,10 in one of the panels of the Festival of Food Journalism, in which he will participate, among others, Matthew Torchio, Marketing & Communication Representative of Inalpi.

The company from Valsassina produces milk and cheese and was born in the 800 in the Lecco area, and then developed in the shadow of Monviso, in the town of Moretta, in the province of Cuneo.

"Let's start with milk, the raw material, the real fulcrum of the company's activity", they explain from the company. "If we combine this extraordinary food with the values ​​that have always been in the DNA of Inalpi and that is justice, goodness and security, the result can be only one: excellence. The basis of Inalpi's corporate policy is based on a fair and transparent relationship with customers and suppliers. This has helped, over the years, to form a group of people who move in one direction in order to provide the best product. The farmers who supply milk to Inalpi have signed a protocol that guarantees high quality standards ».

The participation of the company in the Festival will be active. Inalpi will organize a press tour on company Saturday 24 February: participants will be shown the stable and the dairy of Peveragno. Finally, at the end, the delegation will move to the the Antica Corona Reale di Cervere starred restaurant, to discover, for lunch, the cuisine of the chef Gian Piero Vivalda.
