Inalpi provides butter to the Salone del Gusto

Burro Piemontese Inalpi, a sponsor of the Food Journalism Festival, was "The butter chosen by Terra Madre Salone del Gusto"
Inalpi Piemontese Butter is produced by itself centrifugal cream made from Piedmontese milk of short and controlled supply chain, a product that is therefore born of a company policy based on transparent relationships, which contribute to the achievement of a single objective: to supply the best controlled product and genuine.

The farmers who supply the milk to the company are in fact committed to sharing this philosophy, by signing a protocol that guarantees high quality standards; a protocol that regulates the price at the barn, studied and implemented, by 2010 and for the first time in Italy, in collaboration with the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Piacenza: a system of transparency that guarantees the parties. There are many elements of attention to which work is dedicated: training, a tool for comparison and dialogue with breeders and with all the players in the Supply Chain, the attention and the sharing of common and fundamental objectives such as animal welfare and the sustainability of the Supply Chain itself, a real path of ethics and respect for each part, a guarantee of a correct, transparent and traceable relationship.
Italian quality ambassador, Inalpi butter represents almost the 50% of Italian butter exported abroad, with an annual production of 10.000 tons, which places the Moretta company among the top Italian producers.
Inalpi has therefore decided, also for the 2018 edition of Terra Madre Salone del Gusto, to support the event, to give concrete testimony to the sharing of values, which the festival proposes, and to which Inalpi has always adhered.

And it is precisely by virtue of this path that we have chosen one of the leading products, butter, for the Terra Madre Salone del Gusto kitchens. Ethics and sustainability, the main principles of the event, are in fact the same elements that are found in every Inalpi product and in the short and certified supply chain from which they come. The Inalpi Piemontese Butter will therefore be "The butter chosen by Terra Madre Salone del Gusto" Inalpi butter will in fact be present in the kitchens of Terra Madre and in the kitchens of the Slow Fish, Slow Meat, Seeds, Food and Health theme areas and at the stand of the University of Gastronomic Sciences.
