Among the partners of the Food Journalism Festival back Coop, in an important year for the great Italian distributor of quality food. In fact, the 2018 celebrates i 70 years of Coop brand products: about 400 articles (not just food) for which Coop guarantees the entire supply chain, becoming a manufacturer-distributor on balance. Products that come from local suppliers, a fabric of large Italian small and medium enterprises, on which the card of distinctiveness is played: it is in this context that over time the choices of the "No to dyes", "no to chemical additives", "no to GMOs", and more recently "No palm oil", "no antibiotics". The latter "no" is the subject of the new "We breed health" campaign, launched a little less than a year ago in order to reduce and when possible eliminate the use of antibiotics in farm animals. The presence of Coop at the Festival will be an opportunity to present the communication tool www.italiani.coop, the research portal edited by the cooperative's research department.
