Perugia, a master's degree in food and hospitality

Perugia, un master in cibo e ospitalità

At the University for Foreigners of Perugia, which was the Festival's guest last year, the new degree course was activated in Made in Italy, food and hospitality (MICO).

The course, born from a joint project with Confcommercio Umbria, Coldiretti Umbria and Università dei Sapori, is the only one in Italy to merge together the path and the educational objectives of two graduate classes: Tourism Sciences and Sciences, Cultures and Politics of the gastronomy.

Through the interclass, the course intends to offer a cultural education regarding the made in Italy as a whole and a technical-practical training that allows it to operate in the sphere of made in Italy companies and in the sectors of food, gastronomy and hospitality.
