The seventh edition of the Festival will also host the experience workshops that over the years have become one of the most anticipated and attended moments of the entire event.

More than 10 workshops will be organized in the halls of the Lingotto Congress Center thanks to the precious collaboration of the partners and sponsors of the Festival. Important opportunities to update their knowledge and to learn something new, in direct contact with companies, artisans, associations and public bodies operating in the world of food and who will make their experience available by revealing the secrets of their business.

Several topics will be covered: from the world of seeds to leading products such as coffee and wine, from labeling to food waste, from biotechnologies to greenwashing and much more. There will also be a "multimedia" laboratory with the screening of the short film "The Other Earth": directed by Daniele Pignatelli, produced by Bayer in collaboration with Giffoni Innovation Hub. It is dedicated to the world of agriculture and to the technological and innovative change that took place generation after generation in agricultural businesses.
