Monday 30 May, at 18.30 pm, Affini San Salvario (via Belfiore 16), one of the temples of the Savoy cocktail tradition, will open its doors for an evening dedicated to "Peasant mixing and energy-saving cooking".
In the first part of the event, the brand new Bergamot Liqueur made by the brand will be previewed "Distillerie Subalpine" by Affini in collaboration with Coldiretti. It is the first liqueur produced 100% by the "Italian agricultural chain", since all the ingredients are of Italian origin, including alcohol made from local grains. To follow space a "The recipes of energy saving", the second e-book of the Food Journalism Festival in collaboration with Libricette, a project conceived by food communicator Paola Uberti. The focus will be on cooking without cooking to propose ideas that can be appreciated and enjoyed in relation to energy and economic savings, but also due to the arrival of the hot season, when giving up ovens and stoves becomes a pleasure.
Marco Fedele, author and host of the program, will present the evening Cocina Clandestina on the TORADIO broadcaster.
Affini will always host the off event on Tuesday 31 May at 18 pm. This time, however, the appointment is at the brand new 100 Wines & Affines at Green Pea (Via Ermanno Fenoglietti 20) a few steps from the Lingotto Congress Center where the Festival takes place.
An evening with the title "The unexpected Milk Experience", to present the very interesting project “Think Milk. Taste Europe, Be Smart! " promoted by the cooperative system of the Italian dairy sector, created by Confcooperative and co-financed by the European Commission. The aim of the project is to enhance the dairy sector, improving training and awareness of consumers and the media, to increase the confidence of European citizens and to propose correct and updated information. A milk-based signature cocktail will be offered during the event.
