The seventh edition of the Food Journalism Festival begins with a preview dedicated to Turin, the city that saw the birth of the Festival and which has hosted it since the first edition.
Monday 30 May from 10.30 to 12.30 in the Cavour room of the courtroom of the Chamber of Commerce (Palazzo Birago) in fact, the meeting entitled: "What is missing in Turin to become the capital of taste and food? "
Speakers include:

The topics touched on will concern the food issue, which has naturally fallen into the Turin situation and the competences of a municipal administration: food from the point of view of the development of companies in the food and beverage sector; food from a social and solidarity point of view; from the point of view of the fight against waste; cultural inclusion; food education; research and innovation; industrial and artisanal food and beverage companies; catering and distribution companies; the promotion of Turin as the capital of food and taste; of food and wine tourism.
