Chiara Fanali: pandemic and correct communication in the scientific field

The pandemic has increased awareness among the population of the importance of correct communication in the scientific field from a technical and content point of view, operated with simple and understandable language even for non-professionals. This is what Chiara Fanali of the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome highlighted in this interview on the sidelines of the sixth edition of the Food Journalism Festival.

The task of us university teachers - continues Chiara Fanali - is to train professional figures, such as nutritionists or managers of the agri-food chain, who have the most suitable scientific skills to carry out their profession and who are also trained on the basic methodologies to communicate their acquaintances.
