Funny Vegan at the Festival to talk about new vegetable trends

Funny Vegan al Festival per parlare di nuove tendenze vegetali

La FunnyVegan magazine is at the Food Journalism Festival as a partner important to address the issues of the event now in its fifth edition. In particular, Sonia Giuliodori, Director of Funny Vegan, will be in the Madrid room on Friday 21st at 14pm to participate in a panel entitled "Vegan hamburgers join Greta". It is a debate on the boom of new vegetable mixtures thanks to a communication that pushes towards sustainability, in which Mattia Malgara (Bm Food, Beyond Meat) and Alberto Musacchio (Founder Joy Evolution Food) will also take part.

Made up of communication and marketing specialists, the FunnyVeg Srl agency is the publisher of the bimonthly paper FunnyVegan, the first vegan lifestyle magazine made in Italy. Founded in 2012, it has since spoken of current affairs, wellness, beauty, furnishings, travel, self-production, fashion, animals and culture with an environmentalist vision and 100% cruelty free. The editorial cut is engaging and positive, the layout elegant and clean. The fulcrum of FunnyVegan is food as recipes, knowledge of raw materials and nutrients. The section is implemented by the teachers of the FunnyVeg Academy, the 100% vegetable cooking school of chef Simone Salvini. Stefano Broccoli is a teacher for pastry, Mara Di Noia for food health, Luca Andrè for creative gourmet cuisine, Giulia Giunta for daily and traditional cuisine, Veggie Situation for wellness mixology. FunnyVegan is printed in 5000 copies, distributed by subscription, in specialized centers and fairs throughout Italy.
