The Festival in CioccolaTO 'to talk about information

Il Festival a CioccolaTO' per parlare di informazione

 

There is talk of chocolate but above all of its future in the conference scheduled, Tuesday 12 November 10.30 - 12.30, at Torino Incontra - Sala Einaudi, where the director of the Festival, Massimiliano Borgia will also be present.

"The chocolate of the future" is the title of the conference which will be held on November 12 November in Turin Incontra (Via Nino Costa, 8) from 10.30 to 12.30 organized by CioccolaTò in collaboration with the City of Turin, Turin Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Turin . The theme is the future of chocolate at 360 °: cultivation, production, health, nutrition, medicine, communication, marketing and startup.

It starts with the institutional greetings of Alberto Sacco, Councilor for Tourism and Commerce of the city of Turin; Guido Bolatto, Secretary General of the Turin Chamber of Commerce; Danilo Bessone, Head of Tourism Products Area and Tourism Turin Management Committee.

Following the debate involving experts and master chocolatiers.

Here they are:

- Guido Gobino: experience and innovation

- Altec Marketing & Sales Director Cristoforo Romanelli and Liliana Ravagnolo, astronaut instructor and expert on life and food in space, will talk about chocolate on the International Space Station.

- Guido Castagna: the Giandujotto Torino PGI project

- Silvio Bessone, technologist and expert in chocolate production will talk about the raw material, from cultivation to production.

- Etta Finocchiaro, a surgeon specialized in dietetics and food science for the Food Cleanic project and Matteo Baronetto, Chef of the Del Cambio restaurant, will tackle the issue from a nutritional point of view.

- The journalist and writer Gigi Padovani will explain his idea: "Turin deserves a living chocolate museum".

- The president of the Central Market, Umberto Montano "the future of catering".

- The director of the Festival of Food Journalism, Massimiliano Borgia, will talk about how to communicate the food of the gods.

- Dario Ujetto, Eat Piemonte, will present chocolate at the time of Social

 Moderated by Luca Ferrua, Editor of La Stampa.

Piedmont Hotel Schools will be invited and the winning class of the contest "The Chocolate Cake of the Future" awarded during the final to be held in Piazza San Carlo on Sunday 10 November.
