Inalpi sponsor of the Michelin Guide

Inalpi sponsor della Guida Michelin

In the year in which 4 new stars rained in the sky of Piedmontese gastronomy, for a total of 46 restaurants in total, the assignment of the stars also led to the sponsorship of the Piedmontese Inalpi. Inalpi cheeses, in fact, were among the protagonists of the "revelation day" and of the exclusive lunch.

The Moretta industry, which is also a sponsor of the Festival, brought to Piacenza a selection of its products tasted during the light lunch held at the Ricci Oddi Gallery and the gala dinner in the evocative Volumnia art gallery, hosted inside the ex Church of Sant'Agostino.

In the Inalpi space, a pack of 25 kilos (for a total of 50 kg.) Was used in both appointments, used to prepare excellent tastings, which were highly successful among those present, made up of over 600 participants.  

The event was also an opportunity to present the Fonduta Reale, in collaboration with Gian Piero Vivalda, reconfirmed 2 Michelin star chef.

The appreciation for the quality of Inalpi products has therefore come from all the guests present, but also from Enrico Bartolini, new 3 Michelin star chef for his Mudec restaurant in Milan, and from his colleagues, also "tristellated", Massimo Bottura and Mauro Uliassi.

Finally, Inalpi's compliments go to the starred Piedmontese chefs: to Michelangelo Mammoliti of Madernassa di Guarene who conquers the two stars, to Sharing in Turin with Federico Zanasi, to Fre di Monteforte d'Alba by chef Bruno Melatti and to the Atelier of Domodossola with chef Giorgio Bartolucci, who earn the Michelin star.
