The Turin Chamber of Commerce at the Festival with the Masters of taste

Maestri del Gusto, Torino DOC and Torino Cheese: once again this year Chamber of Commerce of Turin supports the Food Journalism Festival by offering the Masters of Taste the opportunity to present projects, products and above all their "know-how".

Maestri del Gusto, Torino DOC and Torino Cheese are also animators of B2B: they invited their companies to participate. And the response was prompt and enthusiastic.

There are three projects of the Chamber of Commerce that in particular deal with themes related to the festival. Starting with the Masters of Taste of Turin and its province: a selection of 209 Masters from local producers, traders, farmers and artisans, divided into 26 categories, from vinegar shops to wine growers. Torino DOC is instead a selection that collects 146 wine labels, coming from 45 excellent wineries, identified with rigorous attention by the Chamber of Tasting Commission. They are wines that tell the story of the territories from which they come: gentle or impervious hills, well-known landscapes or places protected and hidden as treasures. Each wine carries with it the history of the companies and the people behind each bottle. The third project is Torino Cheese, which collects the best dairy products of Turin and its province, from Saras del fen to straw, from Plaisentif to tomino. Torino Cheese tells about 23 producers and 40 cheeses carefully selected by a panel of experts, based on three key words: territory, biodiversity, typicality.
