Norway wins the Bocuse d'Or Europe, silver to Sweden. Italy is still in the final

La Norvegia vince il Bocuse d'Or Europe, argento alla Svezia. L'Italia va comunque in finale
La Norway with Christian André PETTERSEN he wins the sixth edition of the Bocuse d'Or Europe after two days.
SWEDEN and DENMARK also win the podium, thus becoming part of the 10 European countries qualified for the Bocuse d'Or Final to be held in January 2019 during the Sirha salon in Lyon (France).

The Norwegian team has been training in recent days in Agliano (At), in the heart of Monferrato, becoming familiar with the poemontese ingredients required in the competition.
Thus, Turin was the capital of gastronomy for two days, thanks to the European selection of the Bocuse d'Or. In the days of 11 and 12 June at the Oval Lingotto Fiere, as part of the Gourmet Expoforum, in front of 1300 enthusiastic spectators, 20 chefs from all over Europe met for 5 hours and 35 minutes. Their goal: a place for the final of the most prestigious gastronomy competition in the world.
Among them, Christian André PETTERSEN from NORWAY convinced an exceptional jury chaired by Chefs Jérôme Bocuse, Tamás Széll, Carlo Cracco and Enrico Crippa, thanks to his marked creativity and technical ability used to sublimate simple products, but of the highest quality, of the Piedmontese and Italian tradition.
