At the Festival we talk about cooking magazines, the magazines, printed on paper, which are among the most popular publishing products in Italian homes.

Exceptional speakers on this topic will be Maddalena Fossati, director of Italian Cuisine; Venetia Villani, director of natural cooking; Martina Liverani, director of Dispensa magazine and Anna Prandoni, director of Panino italiano magazine. The directors will be moderated by Fiammetta Fadda, a highly experienced journalist proper of the magazine world and food and wine critic.

 

Magazines are a fundamental part of information on food in Italy.

And they also know how to innovate. The kitchen takes the table at the table and at the newsstand, where between an insert, an interview and a recipe our gastronomy is the most 'printed' product in Italy.
