Masters of Taste at the Festival with B2B, workshops and evening events

Maestri del Gusto al Festival con B2B, laboratori ed eventi serali

I Masters of Taste of the Turin Chamber of Commerce will be at the Food Journalism Festival with B2B, Business to Business meetings and with a rich calendar of workshops and off events.

Thursday 20 at 15 in the Warsaw room at the Lingotto Congress Center there will be a workshop conducted by the master chocolatier Luca Ballesio entitled "Chocolate, honey and hazelnuts: sweetness from Masters of Taste". Participants will see an exclusive chocolate with a sweet heart like honey and stuffed with IGP hazelnuts from Piedmont to take shape, followed by a tasting of the product with a taste of the cremino with Canavese hemp decorticated, thanks to the collaboration with the other Masters of Taste of Turin and Apiculture Province La Margherita and Green Italy.

There are two Off appointments.

Thursday 20 February from 19.30 pm Palazzo Birago hosts an aperitif where the typical specialties of the Masters of Taste of Turin and its province (from Anselmo Vermouth to the Il Frutto Permesso farm, from the Scalenghe pastry shop to Turin Vermouth up to Ziccat) will be accompanied by the proposals of the Enoteca Regionale dei Vini of the province of Turin, by ONAV professionals and by the creative mixology of the Affini cocktail bar. On Saturday 22nd at 9 am the tour “Un giro da Maestri” starts. A walking tour to discover some excellences of Porta Palazzo, one of the liveliest and most fascinating districts of Turin. We start from Affini Rivendita2 for a breakfast like “Masters” in the company of Master Coffee Alice Scitano, and then visit some of the Masters of Taste of Turin and its province who live in the area such as Gallina, Ceni and Alberto Marchetti. The journey ends at the Central Market, the new gastronomic heart of the city.

We also thank the Masters of Taste of Turin and the Piemônt Chocolate Province, Azienda Agricola Scaglia, Rossotto and Fabaro (who will also offer bread during the two lunches of the Festival) for having made their products available on the occasion of the press conference to present the Festival and Ficini for his participation in the Festival breakfast on Saturday 22 February.
