In Turin L'Provincial Chefs Association, 13 October, in the occasion of the feast of the patron saint of cooks, he thought of an event that brings together associates and experts from the food and wine sector, culture, training and corporate marketing for a day of discussion and reflection on this splendid profession.

The theme introduced by the President Raffaele Trova and moderated by Marco Fedele, expert in Communication and Events in the Food field, will be developed by speakers including the journalist Gigi Padovani, Giovanni Grasso starred Chef "La Credenza" and NovaCoop consultant for Fiorfood, and the Academy Delegate Italian Cuisine Prof. Mauro Frascisco, Andrea Mazza Food Development and Training at Lavazza Training Center Turin and will focus on the figure of the cook starting from his history up to the present day and looking to the future: What will the cook of tomorrow be like? "

A moment of analysis on the scenario of the operational reality that is not only linked to traditional catering but which sees the professional engaged on multiple fronts and multiple spaces, from company canteens to oil platforms, passing through emergency field kitchens, consultancy and TV.

An in-depth study on a long path: from initial training to the need for continuous updating without losing sight of the attention to the environment, nutritional needs and health: all aspects that will be analyzed during the meeting.

The party will continue in widespread form in the afternoon between San Federico Gallery, Piazza San Carlo and the hall "Lux space of Fiorfood Coop" in compliance with Covid regulations.

Breakfast "Lux space of Fiorfood Coop" will instead be the heart of the "Digital chef party " transforming itself into a television studio with streaming broadcasts, cookingshow, talkshow and links with trade associations and fellow chefs: event to follow live from 14.00 pm also on the APCM Facebook page. The San Federico gallery will be dedicated to young people and hotel and cooking schools, as well as the APCM delegation with dedicated stations where the public can deepen their knowledge of the sector.

Furthermore, in the spirit of social commitment that APCM has always pursued, during the whole following week two recipes dedicated to the Piedmontese tradition will be present in the Menu of the participating restaurants in Turin and the Province: the agnolotti with roast sauce and the famous "sanbajun" the zabaglione . For each dish consumed, the partner restaurant owner will donate a part of the proceeds to the Community of San Egidio.
