On Tuesday 12 June, in Turin, "Il Cibo della Terra" is held, an initiative of Coldiretti, partner of the Festival, as part of the Bocuse d'Or OFF event (8-16 June).
The 12 June in the atrium of Palazzo Birago, starting from the 18.30 there will be the agrichef and the masters of taste of La Cascinassa who will prepare an aperitif closely linked to their territory (the Canavese). On this occasion they will present and tell their products.
After the opening by the president of Coldiretti Torino, Fabrizio Galliati, the program includes the presentation of the book "The earth is never dirty" through some brief readings by the authors, Luciana Ciliento and Carola Benedetto. The book came out this year and addresses the theme of the "earth" from various points of view: with an interview with Roberto Moncalvo an economic look is offered, the Eugenio in via di Gioia narrate it with art, there is a tightrope walker who sees the earth from above ... in short, a journey through many encounters.
The presentation will be accompanied by the music of the Eugenio group in Via di Gioia. They will play: All You Can Eat, Pam and The tip of the Iceberg from their latest album "Tutti su per terra".
