Back "Di Freisa in Freisa" the fair created to promote an ancient wine still little known on national markets but increasingly established in Turin and Piedmont. The event is organized by the Municipality of Chieri, capital of the Freisa area between Turin and Asti, which is a partner of the Food Journalism Festival where Freisa has often been at the center of press tours and off events.
Furthermore, on Thursday 31 May, the Festival director, Massimiliano Borgia, moderates a meeting with Giancarlo Caselli, president of the scientific committee of the Observatory on agromafie of Coldiretti and Stefano Masini, professor at the University of Tor Vergata (Rome) and head of Environment and Coldiretti territory. The evening is dedicated to the book by Caselli and Masini "C'e del marcio nel piatto".
